All orders are processed within 1 business day, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated transit times are as follows: United Kingdom: 5–7 business days, and International destinations worldwide: 7–11 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location, customs clearance processes, or the performance of local carriers.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Free shipping may be available during promotional periods or on qualifying orders.

Delays and Exceptions

We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs inspections, local postal services, or circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, severe weather, or peak seasonal demand. These situations do not qualify for refunds or compensation as they fall outside of our responsibility.
