At Hairo, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

Return Window

You have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return. We want to make sure you have plenty of time to evaluate your purchase and reach out to us if needed.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, and it must be in its original packaging. Items that are damaged, worn, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

How to Request a Return

Return Shipping

Unless the item you received is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please use a reliable shipping method with tracking, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered return packages. Please note that refused deliveries will not be considered valid returns and will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the amount to your account.
